First and foremost, our proprietary thermoformed foam lies at the heart of this awesome satchel in the form of a cushy molded panel, which rests against your back or abdomen. No matter how you sling this sack, the molded foam panel with built in "breathing" grooves will keep you comfortable and cool. This panel is adorned with an adjustable waist strap that holds the bag snugly against your torso as you ride or walk. Each side of the bag features a generous mesh pocket for a water bottle or other such accessory. The molded foam shoulder strap is durable, adjustable, and removable, and a secondary handle with a molded foam collar provides another option for carrying the pack.The large cover flap, or "tongue" features an exterior zipper pocket, daisy chain webbing for carabineers or other clips, and a molded foam accent as well. Lift up the flap and you'll notice the two hidden side-squeeze buckles that secure the flap and a key clip on an elastic cord. Also just under the flap, there are two large document pockets and a smaller zipper pocket, all secured with two webbing Velcro#® straps.Moving inside, the interior of the bag features a foam lined laptop pocket with a Velcro#® strap and a massive multi-purpose pocket. Against the front side of the large interior chamber, you'll find no less than five more pockets: a large zipper pocket, three Velcro#® secured pockets, and a smaller mesh pocket.The Surf to Summit Messenger Bag measures 18" W x 13" H x 5" D.
